Establish specialized heart clinics and clinics in all medical specialties.
Establish mobile heart clinics and remote examination technology in cooperation with government hospitals and civil society in remote regions.

Provide assistance to patients who are unable to purchase medicines and prosthetic devices and perform operations, especially in the field of heart surgeries and other serious diseases.

Participate in governmental and non-governmental agencies and civil society organizations working in the same fields as the association.
Organize medical convoys and provide treatment for incapable cases.

Provide medicines to the incapable under specialized medical supervision.
Contract with governmental and non-governmental agencies to provide comprehensive medical insurance in the field of work of the association.

Raise the capabilities of health workers (in the fields of health – awareness – computers – remote diagnosis…..etc.).

Establish private institutes and universities, private hospitals, pharmacies and training centers.

Train young doctors in specialized scientific centers inside and outside Egypt.
Establish a scientific research unit to conduct scientific research in cooperation with universities and scientific and research centers in Egypt and abroad.
Organize major medical conferences in various heart specialties.

Establish a relief committee to participate in providing treatment services to affected areas.

Organizing conferences for health awareness, especially heart diseases.

Establishing laboratories for analysis and specialized radiology centers in all medical fields.

Providing technical and in-kind support to the Heart Institute and building supporting capacities for the Institute.

Establishing medical centers and assisting in their rehabilitation and development (regular – health – electrical)

Holding cultural seminars and lectures in the field of the association’s activity.
Issuing a magazine or periodical bulletin expressing the association’s activities.
Carrying out Hajj and Umrah trips for members participating in the association and visiting holy places.

Training courses in teaching and maintaining computers.
Establishing projects in cooperation with governmental and non-governmental agencies and civil society organizations.

Providing financial or in-kind assistance on occasions or periodically or monthly according to the association’s resources for doctors and workers at the Heart Institute and workers in the association.

Purchasing ambulances and critical care vehicles.

Establishing projects to employ new graduates.

Establishing craftsmen’s projects to train individuals in order to help with living and work to increase family income.

Providing programs, activities and training courses to learn about modern management methods and administrative development.

Educating the public and members on how to conduct feasibility and marketing studies and how to prepare administrative structures.

All these purposes must be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Law Regulating the Practice of Civil Work issued under No. 149 of 2019 and its executive regulations after obtaining the necessary licenses from the departments or authorities concerned to practice the activity from the competent authority.
