Association objectives
- The Strategic Objectives:
- With regard to NHIFA’s Institutional Development/Upgrading:
- To enable NHIFA to become more participatory governed[1], strategically managed[2], sustainable and progressive organization[3]; and to be an advocate of the Comprehensive, Inclusive, Sustainable Development Approach within the Civil Society Sector; and
- To develop strong Linkages and collaboration/cooperation frameworks and mechanisms between NHIFA and CSOs in Egypt and other countries that have the same or complementary mandates and/or fields of work; respective Government Authorities and Legislative Bodies; and the Private Sector Entities; so that more resources and commitment can be mobilized to implement and sustain favorable changes/outcomes, and expand and replicate successful programs to address more of the needy communities’ problems.
- With regard to the beneficiary communities and institutions:
- To strengthen the foundations for comprehensive, inclusive, sustainable development in 25 impoverished underserved communities and the Governorates they are in.
