Awareness seminars for women and girls against discrimination and violence

Violence against women and girls is one of the most widespread human rights violations in the world, occurring on a daily basis, over and over again, in all parts of the world. It has serious short- and long-term physical, psychological and economic consequences for women and girls, preventing their full and equal participation in society. Its impact is immeasurable, whether in the lives of individuals, families or society as a whole. The conditions created by the pandemic - including lockdowns, reduced mobility, increased isolation, stress and economic instability - have led to an alarming rise in domestic violence, and have exposed women and girls to other forms of violence, from child marriage to online sexual harassment and more. That is why we are holding awareness seminars for women and girls to raise their awareness.
